Reflection: Meditation requires Stillness: Like other forms of meditation, it benefits from physical stillness, such as sitting with a straight back, to help calm the mind and focus attention. 

As you go through Psalm 7 today, practice stillness. Read the text, sit with it, maybe have it read to you. But be still and wait to hear from the Lord. Continue in the practice of silence and waiting. And don’t forget to pray this Psalm over you life today. What is the Lord speaking to you through Psalm 7?
